Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ClaimRescue, we strive to provide the highest quality expert analysis for your insurance claims.

1. Service Fees

Service fees (₹500) are non-refundable once the Case Analysis has been initiated by our experts or the AI system has generated a report.

2. Exceptions for Refund

If we fail to deliver an initial analysis report or rebuttal draft within 7 days of payment, a full refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
