ClaimRescue Solutions ("we", "us") is a technology platform that connects users with independent legal and medical experts. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this website.

2. Service Description

We provide document analysis and expert matching services to assist with health insurance claim rejections. Results are for informational purposes only.

Commitment to Health Data Security

1. Data Collection

We collect personal information (name, email) and sensitive health documents (rejection letters, policy documents) solely for the purpose of claim analysis.

2. Data Storage

All documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage (Supabase). Access is restricted to assigned experts and administrators using Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your documents are shared ONLY with the independent experts assigned to your case for review.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@claimrescue.in.
